Understanding It Is One Thing.

Knowing How to Do It in the Moment Is Another.

By now, you may understand what it means to get emotionally stuck.

You may recognize how quickly your thoughts, feelings, and reactions can take over.

And you may even see why knowing how you want to handle a difficult moment isn’t always enough.

Because understanding something intellectually is very different from being able to use it when you’re hurt, angry, worried, defensive, embarrassed, or caught in a thought spiral.

That’s what these four weeks are for.

Inside Tools for Life, you’ll learn the practical skills and step-by-step processes for working with yourself in those moments—so you can get emotionally unstuck, prepare yourself for difficult moments before they happen, and make more deliberate choices about how you want to show up.

Learn What to Do When Real Life Happens

Tools for Life is designed to help you handle the moments when you know how you want to show up—but something inside you is making that difficult.

Over these four weeks, you’ll learn how to:

✅ recognize when you’re getting emotionally stuck

✅ interrupt the pattern before it takes over

✅ work with difficult emotions instead of suppressing them or reacting from them

✅ uncover the thoughts, assumptions, and stories keeping you stuck

✅ consider another way of seeing the situation

✅ make a more deliberate choice about how you want to respond

✅ prepare yourself before difficult conversations, recurring triggers, and other situations you know may be hard

✅ recover more quickly when you don’t handle a moment the way you wish you had

So instead of being left with:

“I know better. Why didn’t I do better?”

you can begin building a different kind of confidence:

“I know how to work with myself when this happens.”

Imagine Handling Those Moments Differently

Imagine…

→ Catching yourself sooner when you’re starting to react.

→ Letting go of something in an hour instead of carrying it for days.

→ Seeing another possibility when you were convinced your story was the truth.

→ Going into a difficult conversation knowing how you want to show up.

→ Responding differently to someone who usually pushes your buttons.

→ Recovering more quickly after a moment you regret.

→ Spending less time replaying, worrying, resenting, or beating yourself up.

→ Trusting yourself more because you know:

“I can handle this.”

That doesn’t mean difficult moments disappear.

It means you become more capable of handling them without losing yourself.

What We’ll Work on Over the Four Weeks

Week 1 — Learn The unSTUCK Method

You’ll learn The unSTUCK Method®—a simple, five-step process for working with yourself once you’re already caught in a difficult moment.

You’ll learn how to interrupt the pattern, work with the emotion, uncover the story underneath it, consider another perspective, and bring kindness into the process instead of beating yourself up.

This is the foundation.

Week 2 — Choose Who You Want to Be

Once you know how to get emotionally unstuck, we’ll go deeper into one of the most important questions in this work:

Who do I want to be in this moment?

You’ll work with Ways of Being and the Be → Do → Have model so you can become more intentional about how you want to show up—not just what you want to do.

Week 3 — Learn The CLEAR Way

You’ll learn The CLEAR Way®—a five-step process for preparing yourself before a difficult moment happens.

You can use it before a hard conversation, a family gathering, a recurring trigger, or any situation you’re already worrying about.

Instead of waiting until you’re stuck, you’ll learn how to prepare yourself ahead of time.

Week 4 — Living Deliberately

In the final week, we’ll connect everything.

You’ll learn how to use these tools as part of your everyday life so you can make more deliberate choices about how you want to show up—across your relationships, your challenges, and the ordinary moments that make up your life.

The goal isn’t to handle every moment perfectly.

The goal is to know how to work with yourself when the moment comes.

Hear What Happens When You Start Practicing

These women came into this work with different relationships, different challenges, and different patterns. What they learned was how to work with themselves when real life happened.

Tools for Life May Be for You If…

You know how you want to handle difficult moments—but you don’t always know how to get there.

You may:

✦ snap, shut down, get defensive, or say things you regret

✦ replay conversations long after they’re over

✦ hold onto anger, hurt, resentment, embarrassment, or guilt

✦ worry about situations that haven’t happened yet

✦ know intellectually that you “should let it go,” but still feel stuck

✦ have done therapy, read books, or learned a lot about personal growth—but still struggle to use what you know when the moment is actually happening

✦ want practical tools you can come back to again and again

You do not need to be “good” at this already.

You just need to be willing to learn and practice.

What Is It Costing You to Keep Handling These Moments the Same Way?

Not financially.

In your life.

What does it cost when the same difficult moments keep happening the same way?

Another argument you wish you had handled differently.

Another night replaying what someone said.

Another day carrying resentment.

Another moment when you snap at someone you love and regret it afterward.

Another situation where you know how you want to show up—but can’t seem to get there.

And if nothing changes, what might the next six months look like?

The next year?

Because these moments have a cost.

They can cost peace of mind.

Connection.

Sleep.

Self-trust.

And over time, they can affect the way you experience your own life.

These aren’t just isolated moments.

They add up.

Have a Question Before You Join?

When is the first session and how long are the workshops?

Tools for Life begins Sunday, October 11
4 live workshops | Sundays at 12:30 PM Eastern
Each session lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours.

What if I can’t attend every session live?

That’s okay. Every session will be recorded, and you’ll be able to download the recordings and keep them.

You can go through the program on your own schedule and return to the material whenever you need it.

What if I’ve already done therapy, read books, or done a lot of personal-growth work?

That’s very common.

Tools for Life is not about giving you more advice about how you should think, feel, or behave.

It’s about teaching you practical processes for what to actually do when you’re already hurt, angry, worried, defensive, resentful, or caught in a thought spiral.

Knowing something intellectually and being able to use it in the moment are two very different things.

What if my situation is different?

Your situation probably is different.

Your relationships, history, triggers, and circumstances are your own.

But Tools for Life is not built around one particular problem or relationship.

You’re learning how to work with yourself.

The situation changes. The emotion changes. The story changes.

The process stays the same.

What if I’m not good at this?

You do not have to be good at it. You have to learn it and practice it.

These are skills.

The goal is not to never get emotionally stuck again.

The goal is to become better at recognizing when it’s happening, working with yourself, and finding your way back to the person you want to be.

Is this therapy?

No.

Tools for Life is an educational and coaching program designed to teach practical skills and processes for working with your thoughts, emotions, reactions, and choices.

It is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental-health treatment when that is needed.

What happens after the four weeks?

You’ll still have the books, worksheets, processes, and recordings to continue using on your own.

And if you decide you want ongoing practice and support, I also have a community called Living Deliberately where women continue this work together.

That is completely optional.

For now, the focus is simply on helping you learn these Tools for Life.

You Can Learn How to Handle These Moments Differently

Difficult moments are going to happen.

You’re going to get emotionally stuck sometimes.

The goal isn’t to never struggle.

The goal is to know what to do when it happens.

To know how to work with yourself.

To know how to find your way back to the person you want to be.

These are skills.

You can learn them.

You can practice them.

And you can get better at handling the moments of your life without losing yourself.

Tools for Life begins Sunday, October 11.
